If you're not receiving your SMS notifications to verify your account, there can be a number of reasons as to why.
- The device you are using does not have sufficient signal. Power your phone off, wait 30 seconds, power it back on and resend the SMS request.
- Your device is currently set to 'roaming' off your provider's network. Switch back to your provider's main network.
- There is an issue with the mobile provider. Reach out to your provider for further assistance.
- The number you are using is blocked from receiving our message (ie. blacklisting).
There are also some exceptions for numbers originating from India. If your number is on the 'Do Not Call' (DNC) registry, you will not receive our SMS verification.
Note: If you need to use the "Resend my verification code" feature, space out your retries by 5-10 minutes or else this could cause the SMS to get hung up.
